Jeff remains in room 2156 at Los Robles Hospital. Jeff is under the care of the hospice nurses now. He is resting comfortably. If you wish to see Jeff before he passes, you should visit him very soon. While there, Jeff may not understand what you say to him. But the staff says that the sound of familiar voices talking to him is probably soothing for Jeff. And, in my case, it feels good to talk to him.

I met Jeff many years ago when he was a roommate with my sister Linda. What a great cook but mostly I remember him to be a smart, kind and caring individual. In visiting this blog I see that Jeff was very happy with his family and friends. Barbara, my heart goes out to you and your family while you endure this pain. Seth, thank you for the blog that kept all of us informed of Jeff's condition. Jeff was very lucky to have you both in his life as I am sure you were to have him.
